Aviator Parimatch Terms and Conditions

General Terms

We reserve the right to change the Terms (including any document referenced or included below) at any time. You will be notified if there are any changes to the material in the Terms and will be asked to re-accept the added rules. If you object to any of the Terms, you must stop using our Services immediately. 

By agreeing to the Terms and using the platform, you agree that, in the event of non-compliance with these rules, punishments will be applied and may even lead to expulsion from the site.

User obligations

Below are some of the main terms regarding the obligations of registered players.

1. You are over 18 (or of legal age in your region). 
2. You are located in a country where sports betting is legal (if in doubt, check the laws of your country or speak to someone who understands). It is your responsibility to ensure that betting and gambling activities are accepted in the country where you are located.
3. By sending money to us, you affirm that you are responsible for the card/account used or that you are the owner of one of the available payment methods.
4. You are not on any exclusion lists for online gamblers.

Registration

1. We reserve the right to accept or reject user registration applications without any prior notice or the need to provide a reason.
2. Before using the services, you must complete the registration form and accept the house’s Terms and Conditions. 
3. You may or may not be asked to send some validation documents, such as proof of residence and a photo ID. 
4. You must provide real information about yourself, including your full name, address and personal e-mail address. 
5. Every customer is responsible for keeping their registration information in a safe place, in order to prevent possible hacking by third parties. 
6. If your account is not real or is not within reach of the Aviator Parimatch contact, the account will be suspended. 
7. You must keep your password safe.
8. We recommend changing your password regularly, at least every 3 months.

After receiving your registration details, we may contact you to request further information, if necessary. 

Restrictions

You should not use our service if:

1. You are under 18 years of age or are not of legal age and agree to the legal terms of the law. 
2. Login to collect usernames, e-mail addresses or any other information from registered users. 
3. Wish to promote unsolicited advertisements, affiliate links or other activities considered spam.
4. Wish to see the quotes used by us or violate any of the company’s intellectual property rights.
5. You intend to engage in illegal activities using our services.

You can’t:

1. Start selling or transferring your account to other people.
2. Under no circumstances should you transfer funds between player accounts.

The house reserves the right to ban your account without prior notice if you intend to use our services for illegal activities. We may also take legal action against you if you do anything illegal under any circumstances. 

Privacy

1. Any information provided to us will be protected and processed in conjunction with the Terms and Privacy Policy stated here.
2. We will not reveal the identity of any user who bets using our services, unless the information is requested by the law or competent authorities, such as the police. Financial institutions such as banks or payment providers may also request information from users if they have a legal reason.

Personal Account

1. Aviator Parimatch accepts accounts from different countries and currencies. 
2. We do not give credit for using our Services.
3. We reserve the right to close or suspend an account and refund any amounts withheld if we suspect that the terms and conditions have been violated in any way. 
4. Aviator Parimatch reserves the right to refuse, cancel, restrict, rectify or limit bets at any time without prior notice. Reasons include fraudulent bets or if the customer tries to circumvent the betting limits imposed by us. 
5. In the event of an account suspension or ban, active bets will be automatically canceled. 
6. If an amount is deposited by mistake, the money will remain in the balance until we investigate the situation. You will receive a notification with instructions and the amount will be removed from the account.
7. Every user has the right to use the self-exclusion function provided in our Services. 
8. The Responsible Gaming system allows you to limit certain aspects, such as daily betting limits, connected time and losses per day. To request this, send an e-mail from the registered address to [email protected]. 
9. If you wish to close your account, please send an e-mail from the registered address to [email protected]. If there is anything we can do, please use our customer service to contact us and try to resolve the situation. 

Errors

1. In the event of a malfunction with any of our Services, such as bets, they will be void. You must inform our support department immediately so that we are aware of the problem as soon as possible. 
2. In the event of a malfunction in the Casino sector or connection problems, all bets will be void. 
3. We strive to ensure that no mistakes are made in the services we offer. However, as we are also human, bets can be canceled if the price differs from what is written on the event market at the time the bet is placed. In this case, we reserve the right to void or cancel the bet even after the start of the sporting event. 

Deposit

1. You can deposit using any of the options available on our platform. All deposits must be made in the currency chosen at the time of registration, and if the deposit is made using a different currency, the house will convert it using the exchange rate on the day of the transaction. 
2. We reserve the right to charge fees and/or commissions when depositing on the platform. You are responsible for any charges that may arise from your bank. 
3. We do not consider ourselves to be a financial institution, so we use separate software to process all payments made to the platform. Deposits made by credit or debit card will only be accepted after confirmation from our responsible partner institution. 

Withdrawal

1. You can withdraw a portion or the entire amount available in your balance, but the limits of each method must be respected. Please note that fees may apply.
2. All withdrawals must be made in the currency of your account, chosen when registering.
3. We reserve the right to request documents with photos for the purpose of verifying your account details, thus ensuring that everything is correct.
4. All withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.

General rules

1. If a sport-specific rule contradicts one of our general rules, it is the sport-specific rule that applies. 
2. All posted results must be official within 72 hours and no complaints or disputes will be accepted after this deadline. 
3. Minimum and maximum stakes for all sporting events will be set by us without prior notice. We also reserve the right to adjust such limits on specific accounts. 
4. Aviator Parimatch reserves the right to withdraw events, markets and odds at any time. 
5. Customers are fully responsible for their account transactions. Please review your bets before placing them in order to avoid possible errors. Once a bet has been placed, there is no way to cancel or back out of it.

Announcements and Notices

1. All communications and notices made by us to customers who accept the Terms and Conditions will be published on the site or sent by e-mail to the registered address. The choice of communication method will be at Aviator Parimatch’s discretion. 
2. All communications, notices and notifications about the Terms and Conditions of the platform will be written in English. 

Matters Beyond Our Control

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the provision of our Services due to force majeure or which is in fact beyond our control. 

Examples of this could be: lack of internet, storms or weather reasons, going to court, reasons of illness, obstruction of communication services such as telephones or any damage you may suffer outside of our Terms.

Fraud

1. We operate under the name Aviator Parimatch and under the domain Aviator Parimatch. Any unauthorized use of our image will be subject to the appropriate legal consequences. 
2. Our URL is considered private property and no one is authorized to use it on other sites or platforms without our prior consent. 

Conduct and safety

1. We will be happy if you make the most of our services. However, for your protection, we do not allow the content of these Terms to be published or used. If you are found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, we may, at our own discretion, terminate your account without notice. 
2. It is not permitted to interfere with, disrupt or manipulate the services we provide. Users who are caught using or attempting to create any kind of mod, hack or malicious software with the intention of taking advantage and making money will suffer legal consequences in addition to having their account deleted from Aviator Parimatch. 

Links to Other Sites

1. You may find links and advertisements to separate sites that have no connection with us. 
2. These links are not monitored by us and are offered as a convenience to customers. We have no affiliation whatsoever with possible third-party advertisements appearing on the platform, so please beware of this. Aviator Parimatch is not responsible for damage to your integrity when accessing these separate sites, so please exercise caution.

Questions and complaints

2. If a customer is not satisfied with the way the bets are provided here, then the user must provide details of what happened (in detail) to our support via e-mail to [email protected].
3. Disputes must be submitted within 3 days of the conclusion of the bet. After this deadline, we will not accept any questions about the event. Complaints and disputes must be sent to [email protected] and via the e-mail address used for registration.

1. Any problems regarding the Casino’s gaming products should be sent to: [email protected]. The Casino’s rules can be accessed within the sector itself, as each game will have its own rules.
